Plásticos de Palencia was founded in 1988 and, after expanding its facilities, currently has a built area of 5,400 m2 with 19 injection presses, complemented by a paint booth and an auxiliary assembly facility.
A modern factory with the potential to be fully involved in product development and processes, as well as production and customer logistics.
8,000 m2 set up for the development, assembly and painting of injection parts
Two plants host 19 tonnage injection presses, all of them with automated manufacturing cycles with robotic extraction of parts and automated systems for the treatment and transportation of raw materials. Most noteworthy is the possibility of dual-material injection in two of the presses of 350 and 1,250 tonnes, respectively.
Our professionals are trained to perform a range of assembly tasks, such as ultrasonic and vibration welding, adhesives and assemblies of plastic kits.
The plant destined to the painting processes covers approximately 800 m2 and houses a versatile installation prepared to apply water-based one-coat paint and solvent, with four booths for cleaning, flaming, priming and application
